12 large mushrooms
2 Tablespoons parsley chopped fine
2 Tablespoons celery chopped fine
1 large clove garlic chopped fine
1 tablespoon onion chopped fine
1/4 teaspoon salt
pinch of marjoram
pinch of black pepper
3 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup flavored bread crumbs
mushroom stems, chopped
olive oil to sprinkle on top of caps
How to make this recipe:
Into frying pan, add the butter and melt. To this mixture, add thestems, celery, parsley, onions and garlic along with the salt, marjoram,pepper until this is golden brown.
Then mix the breadcrumbs into this mixture and mix all together. Fill the mushroomcaps by spoonful.
On top of the mushroom caps, sprinkle olive oil lightly over each one.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes. I serve as appetizer with salad on the side.
Notes: To save time you can chop celery, onion, garlic, parsley and stems ahead of time.
