4 1" thick pork chops
1 cup chicken broth
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 T Butter
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
How to make this recipe:
Salt and pepper the chops, quickly brown in the butter on both side. Cook an additional 7-9 minutes or until cooked through. Remove chops from pan.
While pan is still hot, deglaze pan with half of the chicken broth. Add vinegar and spices and the rest of the chicken broth. Boil until reduced by half. Spoon sauce over chops and serve. I serve these with cheesy au gratin potatoes and green beans.
