8 cups cooked and chopped chicken
2 cups chopped celery
2 cups chopped onion
2 cups chopped green pepper
4 cans cream soup -- your choice
1 pint half and half
2 small cans sliced mushrooms
2 6 oz boxes wild rice (6-8 cups of rice)
shredded cheddar cheese
How to make this recipe:
Sauté the celery, onions and green pepper in a little butter or margarine.
Mix the soups, half and half, mushrooms and chicken. Prepare the rice according to package directions. Add to chicken mixture. Add the sautéed
veggies and mix well.
Top with cheese and bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
