Ingredients:
2 (8 oz) package cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbs flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs slightly beaten
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling

How to make this recipe:
In a 8 or 9 square pan, mash the cream cheese with a fork until soft. Add sugar, flour, and salt; then blend well. Add the remaining ingredients except for the pie filling. Mix thorougly with a fork until well blended. Scrape down the sides of the pan.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Cool in pan on rack. Spread cherry pie filling on cake. Chill. Prep time: 30 minutes
