4 8 oz packges cream cheese
1 pint sour cream
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
3 tsp vanilla
4 eggs, beaten
5 Tbsp flour
How to make this recipe:
Cream the sugar and cheese. Add remaining ingredients and beat till smooth and creamy. Do not overbeat - batter should look super silky with a creamy texture.
Pour batter into ungreased 9" springform pan. Place pan in 1" water in a larger pan. Bake at 350 for one hour and 15 minutes.
Turn oven off and leave the cake in the oven for 1/2 hour longer. Cool the cake on a rack. Unmold only when cake is cold.
Serve as is or with your favorite topping. Notes: It is best to make sure all refrigerated items are room temperature before starting this recipe.
