2 cups of peanut butter
1 3/4 cup of granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
2 eggs
chocolate chips -- optional
How to make this recipe:
Mix all ingredients together well.
Drop by teaspoonful on cookie
sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for
8-12 minutes. Let cool completely
on cookie sheet (they are fragile). Notes: Note: This dough freezes really well.
Prep time: 5 minutes to mix, 8-12 minutes to bake.
Makes approx 4 dozen
