How to make this recipe:
Empty black beans into a casserole dish. Mash just slightly. Add chopped onions and cheese. Mix a can of refried beans to the mixture and stir. Bake mixture for about 15 minutes at 325. Serve with nachos or tortilla chips or corn chips.
Notes: My husband likes to add salsa to this dish when he makes it. :O)

Serves about 6
Nutrition information: Not too bad if you use fat free refried beans.
