1 lb. ground beef
2 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 15 1/4 oz. can corn
1 16 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni
plenty of salt and pepper to taste
How to make this recipe:
Cook ground beef until browned. Add cream cheese & cream of mushroom soup. Stir until very creamy. Next add corn, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, follow directions for noodles. When noodles are done mix all of the ingredients together in a large casserole dish.
Bake on 350 degrees uncovered for 30 minutes. Notes: Serve with a nice salad.
