1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
small can creamed corn
8oz container sour cream
1 egg
butter
How to make this recipe:
Melt enough butter to cover bottom of metal cake pan. In a mixing bowl, combine corn muffin mix, cremed corn, sour cream and egg. Mix thoroughly. Pour into cake pan over butter.
Bake in 350 degree oven 30-35 minutes or until lightly brown and toothpick comes out clean. Prep time: Approx.40 minutes
