7-8 apples (I prefer Gala, Fuji or Golden Delicious)
2-3 teaspoons cinnamon
How to make this recipe:
Peel, core and slice apples in thick wedges. (An apple wedger makes this a breeze.) Add to saucepan and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Cover and steam for 20 minutes or until tender. Prep time: 15 mins prep time, 20 mins cook
