1 lb. stripped chicken breasts
1 cup worchestershire sauce
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup sauteed onions
1/4 cup mushrooms
1-2 tspn garlic salt
1-2 tspn black pepper
1 tspn parsley
How to make this recipe:
Marinate all ingrediants, except for onions. Cook on stovetop, adding onions. Cook until chicken is thouroughly done. Serve over steamed rice. Serve with rice or pasta with a light salad on the side.
