for each chicken breast:
1 Tbsp. virgin olive oil
3/4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic (chopped)
juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
1 tsp. fresh ginger (chopped)
How to make this recipe:
Marinate for at least one half hour at room temperature (or
longer in refrigerator); grill on
charcoal grill until done. You
can also mix up the marinade when
you purchase the chicken, put the
chicken into the marinade, and
freeze it for later use. Prep time: 10 minutes
