4 chicken breasts (marinated in italian salad dressing)
1 capful of olive oil
1 box of fresh tortellini (any flavor)
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
minced garlic
italian seasonings
shredded parmesan cheese
How to make this recipe:
Thinly slice your bell peppers length-wise while the olive oil is heating in your saute or frying pan. Cut chicken into bite-size chunks and brown in olive oil-remove and boil water in pot for tortellini.
Toss bell pepper, garlic, Italian seasoning and 1/3 cup Italian dressing in saute frying pan -- add chicken to heat through.
Drain tortellini and add to chicken. Top with parmesan cheese and serve! Prep time: 45 minutes from start to finish (including chopping)
