1/3 C low-fat mayonnaise
2 T ketchup
2 T lemon juice
2 T minced red or green bell pepper
1 T minced onion
1 T sweet pickle relish
salt & pepper to taste
How to make this recipe:
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor. If
consistency is too thick, add water, one tablespoon at a time,
until desired consistency is reached. Makes about 3/4 cup
