Prokchops
Cumin
Garlic powder
Chili powder
Salt
Pepper
Cayenne pepper (optional)
Paprika
How to make this recipe:
Sprinkle a bit of each spice on the chops to your taste (but don't use to much cumin -- a little goes a long way.)
Then grill, broil or pan fry with a touch of oil. They take about 15 min or so depending on the thickness of the chop. Turn them over once during cooking. Notes: Note: These are my husband's favorite chops. My family likes to eat them with glazed yams and greenbeans.
