2/3 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. each pepper and minced garlic
2 tablespoons snipped chives
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
How to make this recipe:
In small bowl, whisk all ingredients until blended. Pour over salad and toss, or serve as a dip for crunchy vegetables.
