1 pkg. cranberries
1 carton whipping cream
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups sugar
1 bag miniature marshmallows
6 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
How to make this recipe:
Grind cranberries in a food processor. Put in a large bowl and add sugar. Mix well.
Let sit for an hour to give the cranberries and sugar time to blend. Then whip whipping cream with 1 tsp. vanilla and 6 tbsp. sugar. Add pineapple, well drained, to the cranberry-sugar mixture. Add whipped cream,
folding gently. Put in 1 bag of miniature marshmallows. Refrigerate in a covered dish until ready to eat. Prep time: 20 min.
