Recipe: Green Bean Casserole




Ingredients:
1 small onion, minced
3/4 cup fresh mushrooms
2 cans French Style Greenbeans
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese (preferrably sharp)
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Ginger
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Garlic Powder

Topping:
1/4 Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Shredded Cheese

How to make this recipe:
Sautee minced onion and mushrooms until tender. Combine with all other casserole ingredients. (Can be mixed in baking dish, if desired). Sprinkle remaining bread crumbs and shredded cheese over top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 - 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.

Want a quick dinner? Throw in 1 cup of left-over, cooked turkey (or chicken), and you have dinner in 10 minutes prep time!
