1 package pre-cooked chicken breast tenders, Southwestern flavor
1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes in lime juice with cilantro
Several 10-inch flour tortillas
Shredded cheese of your choice (I prefer Sargento Mexican blend)
Sour cream
Salsa
Guacamole
How to make this recipe:
Dice chicken tenders; saute in non-stick skillet with tomatoes
just until heated through.
Meanwhile, preheat non-stick electric griddle to about 350 degrees. Place two flour tortillas on griddle. Add chicken mixture to half of each tortilla. Sprinkle chicken mixture with shredded cheese; fold each tortilla into a semi-circle.
Brown tortillas on each side approximately 2 minutes, or until lightly brown.
Serve immediately with desired toppings. Prep time: 6-8 minutes
Serves As little as 1, or as many as 6
