Recipe: Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

What are you going to do with those pumpkins after the holidays? Well, I have an activity that your kids would love to do. And it is the best tasting snack around. Let's roast those pumpkinseeds! Kids will love to get their hands deep inside to of the pumpkin and remove the seeds our from in between the pulp. Their hands are going to be so YUCKY they will love it.

Ingredients:
One pumpkin (or more!)

How to make this recipe:
Take out all of the seeds in the pumpkin and set it into a
strainer, removing all the pulp. Keep rinsing the seeds until the
pulp is all gone and then dry the seeds with a towel.

Spray any pan that you have with cooking spray. Spread seeds on the
pan evenly. Sprinkle salt and paprika all over the seeds so that
each seed gets the salt and paprika. Set the tray in oven
for approximately 20 minutes on 300 degrees.

Mix seeds around every 5-7 minutes so that all sides of the seeds get roasted.

Let cool before eating. Notes: Have fun and enjoy your snack! be sure to notice how good it smells.
