1/2 cup mararin, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 8 oz packages cream cheese
2 cups sugar
4 large bananas
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
1 9 oz container non dairy whipped topping
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup cherries
How to make this recipe:
Mix together margarine, 1/2 cup sugar, and graham cracker crumbs. Reserve 1/4 cup of mixture. Press remaining mixture in bottom of oblong sheet cakepan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 5 minutes. Cream together cream cheese and sugar, spread over cracker crumbs. Slice banans over mixture. Spread pineapple over bananas. Cover with whipped topping,pecans, cherries and crumb mixture. Chill. Prep time: about 30 minutes
