1 lb. ground beef
1 T. salad oil
1/4 C. diced onions
2 T. chili powder
1/4 t. pepper
1 can whole tomatoes
1 can whole corn drained
1 1/4 C. beef bouillion juice
1/2 C. green peppers sliced
1 1/3 C. instant rice
How to make this recipe:
Brown first 5 ingredients. Add tomatoes, corn, and pappers.
Make bouillion in separate pan than add to all ingredients.
Bring to boil, than add rice. Let stand 5 minutes. Enjoy. Prep time: 30 minutes
