1 can refried beans
1 tub sour cream
1 jar salsa
2 C shredded cheese (your choice)
jalapeno peppers (if desired)
black olives (if desired)
How to make this recipe:
Preheat oven to 350. In a 9 x 13 pan, layer the refried beans, sour cream, salsa, and cheese. Top with peppers and olives if desired.
Bake at 350 uncovered until bubbly.
Serve with tortilla chips or in a soft taco shell. Notes: Note: If you prefer a non-vegetarian dish, this recipe can also be made with ground beef or turkey as the first layer.
