Regular size bag of tater tots
Approx 3-4 lbs of ground beef
Shredded velveta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
Optional ingredients:
Small can of mushrooms
Can of diced tomatoes
How to make this recipe:
Brown and drain ground beef, mix with the cream soups and spread evenly in a medium size baking pan.
Coat the top of the mixture with the cheese, then arrange the tater tots across the top and season to liking.
Place in 350 degree oven until the desired crispness and cheese is melted. Notes: Note: Kids love this with a salad and dinner rolls.
Prep time: approximately 35 minutes
Serve 4-5
