1 c flour
1 Tbls sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 c buttermilk
1 Tblsp melted shortening
1 egg
How to make this recipe:
Blend dry ingredients first, then add the other ingredients. Blend well and cook on a medium-hot, well-oiled griddle. Prep time: 5 minutes
