2 cups white sugar
4 eggs
1-1/2 cups oil
20 oz. pumpkin - prepared or canned
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmet
2 cups chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
How to make this recipe:
Beat sugar, eggs, and oil until light. Add pumpkin and blend. Combine dry ingredients and add to mixture. Stir until just mixed. Add vanilla and almond extracts. Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour into 2 well-greased 8x5x3 loaf pans.
Bake at 350 F for 60 - 90 minutes.
