2 lbs. pork tenderloin (Have the meat department ground this for you)
8 slices white bread (pulled apart)
1 lg. onion (chopped)
1 tbl. allspice
1 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper (or to taste)
How to make this recipe:
In a skillet, brown pork and onion together on medium heat; drain. Add bread cubes and spice and mix thoroughly.
Now you have a really great stuffing to add to that delicious Thanksgiving Turkey that your family will cherish for many years to come! Notes: For larger crowds, just double (or triple) the ingredients.
