1 white cake mix
1 bottle cream de menthe liqeur
2 bars unsweetened baking chocolate
1 can chocolate fudge frosting
1 lg. container Cool Whip
How to make this recipe:
Prepare cake as per package directions. Once mixed, add 2 squares shaved chocolate and 6 Tbsp creme de menthe. Mix with spatula and bake as directed.
Cool Completely. Frost with chocolate fudge frosting.
Place cool whip in mixing bowl and add 6 Tbsp creme de menthe. Mix well.
Cover chocolate fudge frosting with cool whip mixture. Shave chocolate over top for garnish. Enjoy!
