Chicken, cut up in small pieces
Onion, cut up in small pieces
peas
whipping cream (liquid)
1 red apple, cut in thin slices
Noodles (if possible German Spaetzle)
oil for cooking
corn starch
How to make this recipe:
Boil salt water for noodles.
Fry chicken until light brown. Take it out of the pan, put salt, pepper and paprika on it - keep warm.
Put fresh oil in the pan, add the onion and stir until onion gets a little color. Add whipping cream and boiled peas. Add corn starch for thickness of sauce. Add chicken and apples at the end. Serve with the noodles. Preparation time: 20 - 30 minutes
