Recipe: Black Russian Cake




I LOVE this bundt cake. If you want to make it for the family, you can use milk and/or coffee in the glaze instead of the Kahlua; you might also add a little cocoa.


Ingredients:
1 yellow cake mix (without pudding)
1 small box chocolate instant pudding
1 c. oil
1/4 c. vodka
1/4 c. kahlua
3/4 C. water
4 eggs

Glaze:
1/4 c. kahlua
1/4 c. powdered sugar

How to make this recipe:
Combine all cake ingredients and beat 4 minutes. Pour in greased and floured bundt pan.

Bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes. Cool until warm and invert pan onto a plate; poke holes in warm cake with a straw. Mix glaze ingredients, and pour glaze over cake. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
