Recipe: Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie




Freeze the fruit first to make a thicker, more flavorful smoothie.


Ingredients:
1 banana (peel before freezing)
3 T peanut butter (chunky or smooth)
2 T chocolate syrup
3/4 C milk or soy milk

How to make this recipe:
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serves 1
