1 cup sugar
1 /2 cup butter (1 stick)
2 cups crispy rice cereal
1 egg
8 oz package of dates, diced
How to make this recipe:
In medium sauce pan, over medium-low heat, mix sugar, butter, dates and the egg. Heat for 7-8 minutes. In large bowl, pour mixture over crispy rice cereal and allow to cool. Form mixture into balls and roll in coconut.
