Recipe: Burnt Grapes




Extremely yummy! The name is a conversation piece over potlucks and get togethers. A huge hit that's so easy to make.


Ingredients:
4-5 cups seedless grapes (can substitute berries or peaches)
2 cups fat-free sour cream
1/2 Cup White Sugar
2 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 Cup Margarine
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

How to make this recipe:
1. Wash and air dry grapes, put in 9x13 glass pan.
2. Mix together sour cream, white sugar and vanilla until smooth.
3. Mix the cream together with the grapes until fruit is coated. Set aside.
4. In small sauce pan, bring Marg. and B. Sugar to boil, stirring constantly. Keep boiling until caramel is thickened and you can't see the oil from the marg.
5. Drizzle boiling caramel over top grape mixture. DO NOT STIR IN.
6. Chill for 1 hour in fridge. 10 min Prep. 1 Hour Chill

Nutrition information: Grapes and other fruit are healthy. If you use no fat sour cream it's healthier.
