1 c flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 c skim milk
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 egg
How to make this recipe:
Mix dry ingredients together; add remaining ingredients. Blend well. Spray griddle or skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Cook over medium heat; they will be ready to turn when edges are dry and bottom is slightly browned. Great with light syrup or fresh fruit.

Makes 4 large pancakes or 7 small.
