Part 1
2 cups of boiling water
1 tsp of vanilla
1 TBSP of butter
1 cup of brown sugar
Part 2
1 cup of flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup of raisins
optional 1/2 tsp cinnamon
How to make this recipe:
combine first part of recipe, set aside
combine second part of recipe and spread into a lightly buttered casserole dish!
Pour first part over the batter in dish! This really requires nothing else! It is all there pudding and sauce!
Notes: I have been making this for 38 years now, and my husbands granny befor that! Very economicle during the war year's! but still a favourite to this day!
