1/2 cup margarine
2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup coconut
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
How to make this recipe:
Melt margarine and chips in a saucepan on medium heat, stirring to mix together. Add coconut and rolled oats, stirring until ingredients are completely mixed. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Refrigerate. Prep time: 15 to 20 minutes
