1 cup pancake mix
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup peanut butter
5-oz. can evaporated milk
1/3 cup water
How to make this recipe:
In a bowl, combine sugar and pancake mix. In another small bowl, beat the egg and peanut butter. Add milk and water. Stir in dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour batter by quarter cupfuls onto a greased medium-hot griddle. When bubbles form on the top of the pancakes, turn them over. Cook until the second side of the pancakes are golden brown. If you like, you can serve the pancakes with honey butter. Simply mix together 1/4 cup of softened butter with 2 tablespoons of honey. Makes 10 pancakes.
