Ingredients:
1/2 c up coconut
1 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 capful vanilla extract

How to make this recipe:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender on the "blend" cycle for 5 minutes and then on "whip" cycle for 5 minutes. 1 CUP

Prep time: 10 minutes

Serves 2.
