1 bunch broccoli
1 bunch cauliflower
1/2lb bacon
3-4 onion stalks
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Dressing:
1 cup Miracle Whip
3 tbs sugar
2 tbs white vinegar
How to make this recipe:
Chop broccoli and cauliflower into bite size pieces.
Fry bacon, remove access grease, chop and add to mixture(it's quicker if you use scissors to cut bacon prior to cooking).
Grate cheese and add as well.
chop onions green stalk and all and add to mixture.
Mix well.
Dressing:
Mix Miracle Whip, sugar and vinegar really well and add to salad.(Taste best if set in fridge over night, but can be mixed up fresh also) Prep time: 25-30 minutes
