1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup (2 cubes) softened butter
6 ripe mashed bananas
4 eggs, well-beaten
2 1/2 cups of cake flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
How to make this recipe:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cream sugar and butter until fluffy. Add bananas and eggs and beat until mixed.
Sift together dry ingredients, then blend with wet ingredients.
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Cool in pans on rack. Makes 2 loaves
