2 cups celery, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1/4 cup green onion, chopped roughly
2 Tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper or less if desired
3 Tablespoons cider vinegar
3 Tablespoons water
