One box cake mix, yellow
One small can cherry pie filling
One large can crushed pineapple, drained
One stick of butter or margarine, chilled
How to make this recipe:
In a 9x13 ungreased pan, spread can of cherries and drained pineapple. On top of fruit mixture, spread the dry cake mix out. Slice squares of butter as thin as you can and place on top of dry mix. One stick of butter should cover dry mix. Place in a 425 degree oven and cook approximately 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve alone or with ice cream or whipped topping. Prep time: 10 minutes
