9 no-boil lasagna noodles
1 small onion
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp garlic powder
28 oz tomato sauce
1 can mushrooms
1/2 cup water
1 tsp oregano
1 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 beaten egg
2 tsp oil
1 tsp salt
Shredded mozzarella cheese for top
How to make this recipe:
In a deep skillet cook onion, ground beef, and garlic powder; stir in sauce, mushrooms, water, and oregano and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
In a small bowl mix cottage cheese, parmesan, egg, oil, and salt.
Using a 9 x 13 baking dish, layer like this:
1/3 of sauce
3 noodles
1/3 of sauce
3 noodles
cheese mixture
3 noodles
1/3 of sauce
mozzarella
Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.
Remove the foil, bake for 15 minutes.
Enjoy!
