Flour tortillas
1/4 cup hash brown potatoes
Shredded cheddar to taste
2 scrambled eggs
Salsa or barbecue sauce
How to make this recipe:
On softened tortilla, layer: 1/4 cup hash brown potatoes, any style; shredded Cheddar cheese, to taste; 2 scrambled eggs (or egg substitute). If you like, you can add a little barbecue sauce or salsa to liven things up. Wrap and eat.
