Recipe: Drunken meatballs




Tiny meatballs in a heavy tomato sauce with a different taste.


Ingredients:
Meatballs
3 lbs. ground meat
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt

Sauce
14 oz. of ketchup
1 beer (any kind will do)
1/4 cup of water



How to make this recipe:
Combine all of the liquid ingreidents in a large heavy sauce pan while combining the ingredients for the meatballs.

Make the meatballs somewhat small; about the size of a golf ball. Keep sauce on medium heat and cook until meatballs are cooked thouroghly. I usually eat them over mashed potatoes or buttered egg noodles.

Notes: I find it easier to put the 1/4 cup of water in the ketchup bottle and shake it up to ensure you get all of the ketchup.

About an hour depending on size of meatballs

Serbes: 5 to 6 adults at 5 to 6 meatballs a piece.
