3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon sage (dried or 1 1/2 tablespoon fresh)
1/2 cup frozen orange juice, thawed
1/3 cup melted butter
6 boneless chicken breast halves
Few sprinkles Of cinnamon
How to make this recipe:
Combine flour, salt, pepper and sage in a bowl. Cover chicken with mixture, shake off excess. place chicken in single layer on bottom of baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake 38 minutes at 350 degrees, basting occasionally. Serve with rice and bright vegatable.
Prep time: 10 minute prep, 35 minute bake
Serves: 3 really hungry, 6 normally.
