How to make this recipe:
Fry your meat with onions, omit all the fat. Place meat in a casserole dish. Cover with cream corn, then top with mashed potatoes.Then brush butter on top.
1 hour before dinner, place in oven at 325 for about 40 minutes or until you see a golden crisp top. Serve with a tossed salad.
Notes: When mashing potatoes avoid using milk, just put a little butter.
