1 Jar whole dill pickles
8oz. Cream cheese
2 pkgs. Budding Beef or Corned Beef
How to make this recipe:
Let cream cheese soften to make spreading easier. Empty pickles from jar. Let air dry for a few minutes or dry with paper towel. Spread thin layer of cream cheese on a slice of Cudding beef. Wrap around dill pickle. (One slice won't completely cover). Wrap second slice with cream cheese to cover pickle. Set aside. Continue until all cream cheese has been used. Slice pickles and arrange on tray. (You may want to refrigerate pickle rolls to firm cream cheese to make slicing easier.) Prep time: 20 minutes
