Recipe: $15.00 salad




Fast salad, no dressing required, low fat


Ingredients:
Lettuce - your favorite kind
Tomatoes, diced
Chesse,diced
Ham
Chicken,diced
Olives, diced
Sunflower seeds

How to make this recipe:
Cut lettuce into bite-size pieces. Combine rest of ingredients. Toss. This salad is best if made ahead as it needs to marinate in juices produced by tomatoes and olives. Can be used to stuff pita bread also

Notes: Very good at party as you can increase by adding more fresh lettuce if needed.

Prep time: 15 minutes but make at least 2 hrs. ahead

Serves 15.

Nutrition information: Fat comes from meat and cheese so choose lowfat to lessen calories
