4 peeled and quartered peaches
8 ounces vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1 rounded tablespoon brown sugar
dash ground nutmeg
How to make this recipe:
Blend in blender while adding ice cubes one at a time until thick and smooth. Notes: Be sure to avoid bruised or wrinkled peaches. They should be firm to the touch but not hard. You may store them in the refrigerator for up to a week.
